What is Resident SuperApp?

It is a one-stop mobile app that provides various services to tenants (residents), including rent payments, maintenance requests, chat support, community engagement and more. The goal is to make the rental experience more convenient and efficient for tenants by streamlining multiple tasks into one app (SuperApp).

The app is available on both iOS and Android.

Revenue projection

Revenue from in-app rent payments: £18 million - avg. £1500 monthly rent from 1000+ tenants. Revenue from home services: £600k, assuming 50% tenants spend £100 per month on home services such as housekeeping, maintenance, furnishing, home decor etc.
